This meeting room is set up as a boardroom, and is on the ground floor. It can seat up to 12 people depending on the set up.

Please Note:
- Milk, Tea, Coffee and Sugar is NOT supplied. Groups are asked to arrange their own catering.
- There is NO PARKING available on site. There is nearby public parking available on The Terrace and at Farmers. See Timaru Parking for further information.
- Payments are invoiced at the end of each month and are to be made via internet banking. We do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities and do not accept cash.
